Places in Hawaii

Hawaii’s Islands

Kauai

The pace of life is slower on Kauai compared to some of the other islands. It’s easier to have local relationships because the community is smaller. There is less development and more untouched nature, which shows the moment you land on Kauai. Similar to other islands, tropical beaches and experiences abound.

Oahu

The busiest & most populated of the Hawaiian Islands, Oahu offers spectacular beaches and it is easy to get away to the East, West & North Sides of the Island for a more secluded getaway.

Molokai

Smallest of the islands that commonly has tourists. “Slow Down this is Molokai” is our favorite saying. This islands offers a relaxed return to basics & nature.

Lanai

Lanai is one of the least traveled islands. You arrive by boat or small plane. If visiting Lanai, it’s not uncommon to do it as a day trip.

Maui

This is the 2nd most traveled island and still offers secluded destinations. If you’re up for the challenge if of a slow, winding drive, the road to Hana is something every visitor to Maui should experience. Beaches shave something to offer for every one: gold sand, lava rock coves for snorkeling, and the chance to see turtles everywhere.

Hawaii (Big Island)

Gorgeous resorts and beaches of every color of sand imaginable, the Big Island also offers the most diverse range of climate zones in Hawaii. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is a must see if you are on the Big Island.

Deep dives into culture & lifestyle, frequent dancing, and a night show that shows ancient power make this attraction almost mandatory! Polynesian Cultural Center is second only to the incredible beaches.

Haleiwa is a Town on the North Shore of Oahu still offering an old sugar town feel. There is a boat harbor, and beach worth spending a few hours at. Shops & Restaurants in the area make for a perfect day away from the crowds of Waikiki.

Whale Watching Tours are available on most islands.

Food & Restaurants

When the tourists come, so do the restaurants. There are restaurants in the tourist areas that are delicious and that cater to letting you try a wide variety of Hawaiian local cuisine.
