Cayman Craft Market is an open-air market located near Georgetown Harbor. Vendors sell a wide variety of tourist-focused souvenirs including dolls, toys, thatched hats, carved parrots, and beach clothing. Jewelry is offered and even crafted onsite. Patrons can pick up foods that usually travel well through customs such as spices, hot sauces, jams, and chutneys.

Various cafes and restaurants are on-site so you can make a full day of shopping.

Open Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 3 PM.

Provides a suitable location for local artisans to market and display their crafts.

The Ambiance! Not many prettier places in the world to shop and spend the day.

I’ve heard complaints from those who arrived on Saturday & Sunday. Remember this is a Monday – Friday market.

Walking to the Market

A quick walk from Georgetown Cruise Port. You’ll likely be able to see it from the port but may not recognize it until you get closer.

Corner of Boilers Road and South Church Street

Driving

If coming in from Seven Mile Beach, you’ll take West Bay Road and then Church Street.

If you’ll be driving in from the East Side of the Island, go through Grand Harbor or take the scenic route along South Sound Road.

Parking

Parking in George Town isn’t too difficult but may require some back and forth to find the right spot. It’s a beautiful, safe area to walk so don’t worry about parking as close as possible.

Established by the Tourism Attraction Board in early 2008. It’s one of many must-see destinations for hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Many different vendors have displayed in the market over the years, so it’s always a new experience.
